How to Talk to Women - 3 Simple Tips For Success

When I was first started learning how to become more successful with meeting and attracting women, one of my biggest problems was not knowing what to say while talking to a woman. I couldn't overcome my fear of approaching women because I was afraid of not knowing what to say to her or what to talk about once I actually did approach and initiate a conversation with her.

The thing is that you don't have to worry about any of those awkward silences when you're talking to a woman if you follow some general conversation guidelines.

The following conversation tips will make you a more charismatic conversationalist, and a more attractive man in her eyes.

How To Talk To Women Tip #1 - Familiarity

When most guys approach and initiate a conversation with a woman, they do it with the attitude of a guy who is a complete stranger. Girls have been taught from a young age to never talk to strangers, so you need to take on a familiar attitude from the moment you start talking to her.

When you talk to her, do it as if you've known each for a while. Think of how you'd talk to an old friend you've know for a while -- she's just a friend so you don't need to act all nervous and distant. You're laid back, you're relaxed, and you're not interrogating her with question after question like it's a job interview. You're comfortable in your own skin, and so is she. This is the energy you want.

Women feel comfortable around men who are first comfortable themselves. And the easiest way to lower her defenses is to convey a sense of comfort and confidence while talking to her. Relax. And be cool, and chances are, so will she.

How To Talk To Women Tip #2 - Genuine Questions

The easiest way to control the conversation and lead it in the direction that you want it to go (meaning in a romantic direction) is by asking her questions. Chances are a woman will feel slightly nervous when you make an initial approach. To relax her, she needs to feel your confidence.

A good way to convey your confidence and show her that you're different from all the other guys is by asking her genuine questions. This also helps her get out of her head and puts her in a more relaxed frame of mind. Make sure your questions are light-hearted. Jumping into emotional or intimate questions will only make her feel more uncomfortable.

Questions about the surrounding environment are good. If she's eating a muffin, ask her if it's any good. If she's a store clerk, ask her for her opinion about which shirt you should buy. If she's reading a newspaper, casually ask her what's new in the world.

Always start off light, and build it up from there.

What is the Ultimate Secret to Success With the Law of Attraction?

The Law of Attraction is a rather mystical topic. You become what you think, they say. But how do you control what you think? Where do you start? The answer is simple, and this article reveals it to you. So here it is:

The answer is - BE GRATEFUL! That is it. It is all about Gratitude. You remember when in the hit movie "The Secret" they talked about Gratitude and how important it is for success with the Law of Attraction. So this topic is not really a secret. However, somehow Gratitude was left in the background, as visualization and other future-creating techniques took to the foreground.

We need to, however, remember that trying to visualize the future without coming to terms with and being grateful for our past is like trying to build a house without a strong base. It is impossible. So before you go on to visualize your future success, you need to come to grips with your reality. And we need to do that with a smile and appreciation.

Whatever we have is ours - we have attracted it, and we should be grateful for it. It might be little, we might not want it, but it is ours, and it is our responsibility that it is here. You see, the present is a product of the past. What we have and experience today was created yesterday. So, in a way it only makes sense to acknowledge our reality and accept it for what it is. So be grateful for everything!

Gratitude and acceptance will then allow us to take the next step, and that is to create your dream life, which you should then visualize. But then again, you might encounter one stumbling block. And that stumbling block is called limiting beliefs. So what are limiting beliefs?

Limiting beliefs are things that even if you are grateful for them, it would not help your success. You need to get rid of these things, and unfortunately gratitude will not help you to do that. Gratitude is good for dealing with accepting your past, but for the next step you need another technique. This technique is called the Emotional Freedom Technique.

What is this Emotional Freedom Technique and how can you learn it? The Emotional Freedom Technique involves tapping with your fingers on special points of your body. This tapping allows you to eliminate your limiting beliefs and even facilitates the establishment of the empowering alternatives. And regarding learning this technique, as well as other guidance on the Law of Attraction, look no further than the link below, which provides you with reviews of various programs pertaining to the Law of Attraction. Enjoy attracting your dream life and before everything, be grateful!

Make the Law of Attraction Work Faster

You have probably heard of the Law of Attraction. You know, that what you visualize, will come to reality. This article shows you, how you can materialize faster and more efficiently what you visualize. I will be as straight to the point as possible.

There are 4 factors that determine how fast you will attract into your life what you visualize.

1. Number one is vividness. The more clear the picture is, in your mind, the more likely it is that you will attract what you see in your mind's eye. You have to imagine in every detail what it is that you want. You have to put in bright colors, smells, sounds and the feel of textures.

2. Number two is time length. This is the amount of time you spend visualizing the desired outcome. You have to hold in your mind, the picture of the desired outcome, for as long time as possible.

3. Number three is frequency. This is how often you visualize the picture. The more, the better. I recommend a minimum of twice a day, first when you get up in the morning, second, just before you go to sleep. These are the times when the subconscious is the most sensitive to programming.

4. The fourth is intensity. This means, that the more you are emotionally involved in the picture that you see, the faster it will come to reality. It is very important, that you feel good about the outcome while you visualize.

I wish success to all of you.

Rediscover Lost Dreams - 5 Quick Tips to Find Your Life's Calling and Become Joy Filled

One of the most popular ways to dig deep and discover your life's calling is to journal every day. But there are a couple of huge hidden problems with this:

First, if it was that easy, a lot more people would be answering their life's calling and leading a joy-filled life. And second, there are other ways to connect with your life's calling. If you've got just a few minutes, I'd love to let you in on five of the techniques that I use to find joy in every day.

1. Journal: Yes, that's a popular way. However, most people don't do this. And if they do take time to journal every day, most of the time it's unfocused and more of a tool to vent than to create a happy life. The journaling can be done in the morning or evening. I recommend having a timer set for ten minutes. If you take more time, that's great. Journaling that's focused and well directed will give you enormous insight into what your calling is and how you can answer the call.

Here are a few questions to get you started with your journaling.

a. What excites me about today?
b. What possibilities exist in my life right now?
c. What actions must I take to reach my dream life?

2. Dream Bigger. A lot of people get stuck in the daily routine and have little dreams. Maybe your dream is to take a vacation or get a raise at work. I invite you to look deeper and think bigger about what is possible.

3. Plan for a miracle. Sometimes, a miracle has to occur for a dream to come true. Identify what type of miracle would need to take place for your dream to become a reality. Write out the miracle in detail. Then refer to this miracle often.

4. Ask for help. As a published author, I've seen the miracle of creating and publishing a book. Along the way, there have been a number of people that helped me. Without asking for help, I would never have achieved this dream.

5. Keep the faith. Believe in your dream and your ability to make it come true. Take a little step each and every day towards your dream and before you know it, it will be your new reality. Then take another leap and dream bigger.

What is so exciting about these techniques is they can jump start you on the road to fulfilling your life's calling and leading a joy-filled life.

The Flame Within You to Light Others

The more connected I become with my spirit and who I really am, the more I come to realize that we are all interconnected and that each day brings me the opportunity to use the flame within me to light and inspire others. That is in fact the reason I am here; this is my purpose.

Sometimes it is so easy to get caught up in our personal circumstances and allow them to define us. If we make a poor decision, we will call ourself a fool. If we accomplish a big goal, we are invincible. If someone rejects us, we are worthless.

Especially, when things aren't going the way we'd like them to, we will often assign and assume labels and then literally think, act, and believe as if that's who we are. In these moments we become locked in our sense of separateness from one another.

I believe God wants you to know that someone is looking up to you now, preparing to follow your example. Let this guide your next choice. (Neale Donald Walsch)

Regardless of what might be going on with you today, how might you think, speak or act differently if you knew that every thought, word or action was going to be imitated by someone, somewhere, who admires and looks up to you?

It could be someone who are close to you -- your children, your spouse, your next door neighbor, your friend. Or, it could be someone you are not even consciously aware of -- the cashier clerk or bank teller who serves you, the bus driver or taxi driver, the mail man. If you are on the Internet, it could be the next person who reads your blog post or comment. And of course, there is a butterfly effect because the impact you have on them influences how they think, speak and act with the next person, and so on.

Someone once told me the Universe never gives you more than you can handle... and that every day brings the opportunity to lead by your example. In trying times, most of us have a tendency to get caught up in our despair and desperation, forgetting that these times provide us perhaps the grandest of opportunities: the opportunity to set and example.

Today, do you feel good about the example you are demonstrating? If not, what must you do to ignite the flame of passion and inspiration within you to rise above your circumstances and to demonstrate who you really are -- because when you do that, you will indeed serve as the light of inspiration for others.

Learn How to Put an End to Procrastination

Time is the most precious asset you have and even though most of people are aware of this fact still some of them keep wasting time. Most people don't waste time on intention but instead they do some mistakes that kills their time without noticing and that's why in this article I will point out these mistakes in order to tell you how to stop wasting time.

Why do I waste time?

Here are the most common underlying reasons for wasting time:

* Waiting for the mood: How many times have you delayed a task because you wanted to wait for the right mood to come? let me tell you a fact, this right mood might never come and even if it came it won't last forever. By waiting for the mood you are deciding to only work as long as you are feeling happy and so your tasks will never be completed in a short period of time. People who get things done aren't the one who are always in the mood but instead they are the people who go against their moods.

* Waiting for the right time to start: Just as the right mood rarely comes the right time to start rarely comes too. If you are afraid of failure or if you believe that the task you want to do is hard then your subconscious mind might fool you into believing that you are waiting for the right time instead of facing you with the truth!! If you want to stop wasting time then you should be brave enough to face the real reasons that are preventing you from taking actions

* What are your goals?: If you don't have any goals then why are you bothering to read about time management? after all the only use of time is to utilize it to reach your goals but if you don't have any then go on and waste your time because you don't need it at all.

* Being Focused is the key: The biggest mistake people do while trying to complete a task is not being focused 100% on it. If you answer your phone, check your mail, open facebook or even reply to an sms while doing a certain task then the task will never be completed on time. If you want to meet your deadlines then forget about everything else except the task that you are doing right now

How to Get More Time Every Day Utilizing Time Management

First of all you need to get rid of the myth that you can manage time. You, like everyone else in the world only have 24 hours a day. Understand that you can't manage time, you can just manage yourself in time

Next question is: How do you use your time? Today with all kinds of websites, social media, tv-shows and everyone being online and reachable through phone and emails so many hours a day, it's easy to get distracted. To manage yourself in time you need to work at your full potential. But what does that mean? This article will give you necessary tips on how to get more time, or, in other words, use your time more effectively

Know how much your time is worth.

Time is limited, you can never get it back.

There is a formula developed Dan Kennedy that calculates how much your time is worth. Lets say you make $100 000 a year. There are 365 days, but lets be realistic, only about 250/year are work days. And if you work about 40 hours a week that's 2000 hours and that gives you $50/hour. But studies have shown that only about three hours a day are actually profitable. That's when you make revenue, when you work at your full potential. That leaves us with 750 hours a year. So your time is worth $100 000 hours divided by 750 hours and that gives you $130/hour. It's almost three times as much as you first thought. Did you know this? And with the fact that your never get back lost time, understand how valuable is actually is.

Now, next thing you need to do, is to DO something about it. Getting more out of your limited time only works if you're committed.

And remember to get the most out of every day means to work at your full potential. This means that you have to take care of yourself both mental and physical. Start thinking about how you treat your body. How much do you work out? What do you eat? Do you give yourself time to relax and "empty" your mind?

Know what steals your time

It's easy, with everything going on in the world today, to say that there are a lot of distractions. That's not really true. It's what you allows to be distractions that matter. Make a list of all the things that distracts you and schedule time for them. Then you'll feel less anxiety about "wasting your time".

Also make a list of all the important things you need to do and decide when to do them. Schedule a time for all these things and let nothing disturb you or get in your way when doing this. A little more focus can do wonders.

Tackle Overwhelmed.

The world is changing at rapid speed. New things, new technologies, new methods and solutions to everything. It is overwhelming!

And guess what, it's here to stay. But rather overwhelmed than underwhelmed.

Here are three tips on how to tackle it:

1. Plan when to manage information. Make this time important. This is when you learn new things

2. Disconnect. Plan some time when you're completely disconnected, no phone, no emails, no internet. Maybe even not family. Take some YOU TIME. A great leader in my life, Brian Parsley, actually plays Call of Duty every night to get away from everything.

3. Be aware. Why not make a journal? What should you do every day? What types of income producing activities? Learning? Socializing? What went good? What is worth keeping up with?

I complained about not having the results I desired. But then I put myself against the wall: Am I doing what I can? Am I using my time the best I can? I worked a lot, but how much of it was actually focused time when I worked at my full potential? I decided to change. From that they on I did as all my great mentors told me. Prioritize! I do all the most important things before noon and you know what, I have all afternoons and evenings dedicated to fun, projects and quality time with my family and friends.

It doesn't matter if you're an entrepreneur like me, a student or a employee, we all have things to do. If we remember what our time is worth, know what distracts us, schedule our priorities and stay committed to ourselves, we can easily gain extra hours everyday.

John Maxwell said, "Your success is determined by your daily agenda." Make your days count.

Six Simple Tips That Could Gain You an Extra Sixty Minutes a Day

As you are reading I have to assume that you constantly run out of time before you run out of task. There are countless books and programs available on time management and getting things done but they all take time to read. A classic 'Catch 22'. What I hope to do, or rather will do, for you is give you a few simple tips that I personally use every day. These will not only give you an extra sixty minutes or more, a day but you will also get more done. There is only one catch. You have to actually implement the tips.

Tip.

You have email. Doubtless, every time the 'ping' goes or the duck pops up you stop what you are doing and check the email. Stop doing that. In the days before email the postman arrived once a day. Nothing is ever so urgent that it can't wait another hour. Mute or disable whatever 'you have mail' signal you use. Better still, disable the automatic check and do it manually at predetermined times. Say, four times a day. When you do open up; read, action, delegate, file or bin immediately, each email in turn. Aim to have no more than half a dozen emails sitting in your in box, un-actioned at any given time. Be strict - you can do this.

Tip.

Subscriptions to mailing lists, blogs, feeds etc., seem to multiply like rabbits. Unfortunately, they all take time to read. Reduce the numbers of these and you will immediately have more time. But do it this way. Un-subscribe from ALL of them and then re-subscribe only to the ones that you absolutely have to have. It sounds drastic. It is drastic but you might surprise yourself. I know I did. This action alone gave me back at between two and three hours a week.

Tip.

Turn off the TV. Turn it on only when you want to watch something. When you are done watching turn it off again. Be selective about what you want to watch and schedule that time just as you schedule everything else. You will be scheduling everything! - see Tip on scheduling below.

Tip.

The oldest piece of advice in the book - make a list. It still works. Make a list of everything that has to be done and that you would like to accomplish. Then sort the priorities. In business anything that is geared towards generating income naturally outranks everything else, no matter how important or urgent the other items may seem at the time. Next, schedule everything on the list as per Tip on scheduling below.

Tip.

To best schedule your day, break the whole day down, from start to finish, into approximately forty-five minute chunks with a fifteen minute break after every two or three chunks. Think school or college. They scheduled the days that way because it is proven to work. Drop tasks that need to be done or that you want to achieve, into the forty five minute chunks. Some tasks may need more than one chunk. Try not to allot more than two consecutive time chunks to any task. Try and finish each task within the allotted time. If you don't finish and need more than a literal two or three minutes, then stop working on it, close the file and move on. Re-schedule it for a later time chunk. Download a countdown timer and use it. Several things happen here. One, most importantly, you will find that you really strive to finish a given task within the allotted time. Two, you become aware of how long you may be spending on tasks which are non-productive. Three, you become aware of how and on what, your time is being spent in general.

Tip.

You've scheduled the task now stay focused on the task at hand. If you can turn off phones for while do so. Put your cell phone on silent and let it take messages. Every time you find yourself distracted and about to wander onto another task and it will happen, check yourself and focus again on the task at hand. Remember, you only have what is left of your forty five minutes or ninety minutes if you scheduled a double chunk. If you do think of something else that needs doing, simply make a note of it and attend to it when appropriate.

Bonus Tip.

This one may be a difficult to accept and little tricky to master but if you can, it pays enormous dividends. I am referring to power napping. If you can find a comfy chair away from your desk or workspace, sit, relax and close your eyes for ten minutes. You will awake enormously refreshed. Yes, you might need to splash your face with cold water but it is really worth it. After you have eaten lunch is a good time and maybe early evening if you are needing to stay awake and active for a while. Keep it down to ten to fifteen minutes maximum, no more. Practice will get you there and when you do you will feel energized and get a whole lot more done.

Final Word.

Get seven hours sleep each and every night.

10 of My Own Quotable Quotes

1. Talk has been made cheap by those with the habit of not practicing what they preach. It is pointless to expect others to do as you say and yet your ACTIONS do not match your TALK. Being a person of INTEGRITY and high MORAL framework makes you dependable, worth listening to and ultimately following. GREATNESS evades us when all we do is live a lie, painting a picture of who we are not. It is vital to dispose of the MASK, be REAL and people will accept you as you are.

2. When we raise an EXPECTATION we run the risk of diving right into deep FRUSTRATION when the expectation is not met. Sometimes we are so good with creating first IMPRESSIONS and are very poor at maintaining the impression.

3. In the absence of set STANDARDS and operating guidelines in any business or family, ASSUMPTION, making of ABRUPT decisions and ABUSE of members is inevitable

4. Great DREAMS have gone to waste as the carriers of those dreams have run into the sphere of DELUSION, DISCOURAGEMENT and DORMANCY. It is very costly to be lethargic and not so passionate about your dream. The main difference between achievers and non-achievers is that the former finds all the possible reasons why the dream should materialize while the latter will give you a detailed well organized and formatted endless list of how it is not possible to bring the dream to fruition

5. Have you ever realized how much UNITY of purpose there is in thousands of small ANTS compared to the volume and level of damage and mutilation caused by one small tongue carried by a person without VISION?

6. Success will never evade people who have the needs of others at heart. When your goal is not to make money but to make the lives of mankind better and more worth living for then you prosper in the process of helping.

7. While it is common knowledge that we live in a fast and quick society, all which is gotten rapidly usually disappears faster than it came. You build precept upon precept, line on line. Microwave solutions are microwave disasters. You rather have a permanent solution that takes time than a quick fix which frustrates you in no time.

8. A good name is better than all the cash you can ever have. It takes you into places you have never been or thought of ever going into. When people mention your name there are things that spring up automatically which pertain to your character, achievements and general behavioral trends. Every name is a brand on its own. The owner of the name has an incredible responsibility to ensure that the brand is managed properly.

9. You should never postpone important DECISIONS pertaining to your life because you fear what people will say. While it is important to RESPECT and VALUE input from others you are ultimately responsible for the outcome of your life. Sometimes you become so griped with fear of man to the extent that your decision making power starts limping. For as long as people with mouths exist, TALK will always be there.

10. It is the small things in life that can stall or slow down the arrival of the big thing. A tank of milk can be spoilt by a single drop of blood. There is one payment that is mandatory for success. Pay attention to DETAIL and not leave anything to chance. Things will not just happen but will depend on you being DELIBERATE and PURPOSEFUL follow the small contributors to the success of the whole.

Stop Blushing in Public

In today's social world, it is very important to be in control. Almost any training course or expert advise tells us that we need to be calm and in control in a business environment.
But how can you do this, when you suffer from blushing?
I suffered so much with blushing and I think I obsessed myself of finding a cure for it. There were times when I could feel the sweat running down my forehead and palms when I met someone new. It did not have to be the opposite sex, just some normal person could have started my blushing problems.
Almost after 5 years of suffering, I decided to find a cure for it. Today, I am no longer destroying my nerve system with unnecessary blushing.
My starting point was looking for solutions online. The reason was that, I was to shy to ask for help with a doctor and it was impossible for me to walk into a book store to pick up a book about blushing. So, online e books was perfect. I could study them on my own at home and no body would ever know.
So, I looked for help online. There are quiet a few options online and I got to read most of the ebooks and articles published. This is now my new life, I am full of confidence in public and I do not blush and sweat when I meet people or when I am under stress.
I enjoyed the help I got and could not have done without it.

Self Therapy

A few years ago I started therapy. I kept it a secret when I started, it felt like it wasn't the kind of thing I could tell anyone. I felt like it was embarrassing, and I was kind of ashamed of it.

Mostly I was embarrassed because I felt dumb and inadequate. If everyone else could cope on their own, why couldn't I? As far as I knew, all of my friends and family did fine without help, and then there was loser me. But then I found out differently. When I started therapy, I began to tell my family and friends. I even told them that it might be helpful to them, if I thought that they had things going on that might benefit from therapy.

Guess what happened? As I started confiding in other people that I was in therapy, they started telling me the same thing! It was like once I told them that I would understand, it was safe to tell me. We didn't have to keep this a secret from each other anymore.

I heard a lot of memorable stories. One friend has been in therapy for depression since middle school. My hairdresser takes anti-anxiety medication for obsessive compulsive disorder. One person who is close to me was on antidepressants for a while, following the untimely deaths of both of her parents.

The people who told me these things said they felt relieved to be able to share the information. They were tired of keeping the secret! I felt like I had support in my struggles, and like I wasn't alone, just from hearing their stories.

Therapy has made me realize that none of us are perfect. Also, there's no point in trying to hide it when you are having difficulties. It's better to be open and honest. If you tell people when there are things going on that are difficult, you'll probably have people share similar experiences or give you support in other ways. This is very helpful, and really can make you feel a lot better.

Life - Learn to Savor the Flavor

Savoring the flavor of life may seem strange, especially when life seems all up hill with twists and turns. Yet, there is a silver lining to every cloud of doubt; the glass is half-full and everything is an opportunity to help you transform into your personal best. Your soul's sole purpose for being in body is for emotional and spiritual growth. Without the up hill climb with twists and turns, you would be complacent with your journey and achieve little. It is the hills, twists and turns that compel you to learn, grow and transform.

To learn to savor the flavor of life you need to accept both the challenging and fun/easy aspects. Consider doing this experiment. Think of something in your life that you are truly happy about. For example: Where you live, work, your family, friends, activities, hobbies or an animal. Think of that one thing right now. Then, think of something that is challenging in your life. The one challenging thing in your life could be work, a family member or friend, activities or a hobby. Notice that what you are truly happy about and what is challenging can be and often is sometimes from the same source.

Albert Einstein said, "There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle. The choice you make will define the life you live. Do you want to live your life as if nothing is a miracle, or do you want to live your life as if everything is a miracle? The choice is yours.

This second is the first second of the rest of your life. Make a decision. Do you want to live with everything is a miracle or nothing is a miracle? If you choose everything is a miracle, then put it all inside the miracle category, that which you love and that which is challenging. By doing this you will learn that you can savor the flavor of life no matter if it arrives as a joy or a challenge.

I wish you well on your journey of savoring the flavor of life's joys and challenges.

Reduce Stress With Cosmic Ordering

To paraphrase Wikipedia: "Stress is a term in psychology and biology, it refers to the consequence of the failure of an organism - human or animal - to respond appropriately to emotional or physical threats, whether actual or imagined."

I'd never really thought of it in those terms before, I'm not sure many people outside of academics would, but it's true and a great starting point to do something about it. If you're stressed remember, according to the experts, it's "the consequence of a failure to respond appropriately".

If it's the result of a "failure to respond appropriately" then all you need to do is to respond appropriately and no more stress! This could be the shortest article I've ever written but it's not that easy is it?

Yes and no, it is a case of responding appropriately to any situation but how do you guarantee doing that each and every time?

How do you currently handle stress in your life? Typical answers to this will include:

    * Smoking
    * Drinking too much
    * Over or under eating
    * Withdrawing from contact with people
    * Using pills or drugs to relax
    * Sleeping too much
    * Procrastinating or filling up every minute of the day so you never actually have to face making decisions
    * Taking it out on others (lashing out, angry outbursts, physical violence)

Not good, productive or healthy so we accept we need to do something about it. If you have ways of coping that are more positive and healthy like exercise then DON'T STOP doing those things even when you don't feel the stress in the same way, just enjoy them for what they are beneficial activities.

If you've tried Cosmic Ordering in any way you'll have been told the importance of intent and how you really must intend to improve your life and alongside that how important positive thinking is. Both of those things will help you train your mind to respond appropriately because the appropriate response will yield a positive outcome for you and naturally less stress.

    * Smoking
    * Drinking too much
    * Over or under eating
    * Withdrawing from contact with people
    * Using pills or drugs to relax
    * Sleeping too much
    * Procrastinating or filling up every minute of the day so you never actually have to face making decisions
